SUMMER FREE PHYSICAL at Southwest Main Cafeteria
July 15th, 2024 @ 5 pm – 6:30 pm. (Athletic Physical Packet must be notarized)
To have an Athletic Physical packet notarized a parent/guardian must provide proper identification and must accompany the student athlete to the main cafeteria. A notary will be available at the Southwest Main Cafeteria from 4 – 5pm for $5.00 (cash only).
