CLASS OF 2024 SOUTHWEST POTENTIAL GRADS NAME CHECK LINK IS NOW POSTED ON THE CLASS OF 2024 SCHOOLOGY ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE OFFICIAL FORM TO SUBMIT NAME CORRECTIONS FOR THE GRADUATION PROGRAM AND YOUR DIPOLMA. DEADLINE TO CONFIRM YOUR NAME OR SUBMIT A NAME CORRECTION IS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2024. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, CONTACT THE REGISTRAR, MS. MICHELLE DIAZ, DIRECTLY!

UPDATE: The 1^st graduation rehearsal has been rescheduled for Friday, May 17^th at 8 AM. The 1^st Cap and Gown distribution will now take place on Tuesday, May 21^st. All seniors have been asked to complete graduation contracts. Graduation contracts are available in the Activities Office and on the Class of 2024 BAND and Schoology accounts. To receive their cap and gown, graduation contracts must be completely signed and returned to their counselor on Tuesday, May 21^st during the cap and gown distribution. Your child has received and will continue to receive detailed information and updates through our morning announcements and the Class of 2024 BAND and Schoology accounts. This year’s graduation ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 28th at 8 PM at the Watsco Center at University of Miami, 1245 Dauer Drive, Coral Gables. Your child will be receiving detailed information and updates via their Senior Class Band app, the Class of 2024 Schoology account, and during morning announcements. Cap & Gown

On Monday, November 27^th, Herff Jones representatives will provide Cap and Gown ordering information to all seniors during an assembly. However, seniors can now order their Cap and Gown for graduation one of several ways. One way is online at highschool.herffjones.com or by appointment at the Herff Jones office. Herff Jones representatives will also be at school on Friday, December 1^st and Monday, December 4^th, so seniors can place their orders during lunch. Finally, there will be a Cap and Gown Parent Night on Monday, December 1^st, so parents may come to place orders with Herff Jones representatives.

Important information and links are provided on attached Cap and Gown flyers, Senior Class Schoology account, and the Class of 2024 BAND app. Daily reminders are given during morning announcements and information is also posted on the school website. Senior Portraits

Herff Jones representative met with your child regarding their senior pictures. Information was provided during the assembly regarding their upcoming senior yearbook portrait. Appointments with Herff Jones may be made online at www.himiami.com or by calling 305-436-1163. Students must have their photos taken before Thursday, August 17^th in order to appear in the yearbook. Your child has received and will continue to receive detailed information via their Teams and Schoology groups, and through text app called BAND.
